You send me an email to let me know that you have a transcript that needs proofreading along with your deadline information.
Confirm
I confirm receipt of your email and let you know if I can meet your deadline.
Send
You email me your transcript in PDF format. Since errors are harder to spot in a messy transcript, please make sure the transcript has been carefully scoped before you send it.
Deliver
I will provide you a PDF of only the annotated pages. The corrections will be clearly marked in red type and yellow highlighting. Make sure you are using the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader to see all corrections.
Turnaround
Your turnaround time is based on the time I actually receive your PDF transcript via email. Work sent after 5 p.m. is considered received at 8 a.m. the next business day.
